You can explore Fórmula TAC and watch gameplay without providing your email. The launch signup form is optional and lets you receive a notification when the game goes on sale on Steam.
Who is responsible
ARM SYS ARQUITETURA E CONSULTORIA DE PROJETOS LTDA, responsible for the Thoretto Aventuras Caninas website under the Vector Creations AI brand, decides how signup data is used (the data controller).

What data is processed
- Signup: the email you provide and records of consent and confirmation. We do not ask for your name, phone number, password or payment details.
- Email delivery: sending, delivery, failure, unsubscribe and interaction records, such as opens and clicks, made available by Brevo.
- Browsing and security: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, dates and times, browser, device and request information. Turnstile analyzes technical signals to distinguish visitors from bots.
- Contact: when you write to us, we process your address and message contents to handle your request. Please avoid sending documents or sensitive data unless needed.
Why we use data
Signup relies on your consent: you select the option in the form and confirm through the link we email you. Your email is used for this confirmation and the Fórmula TAC release notification. Your address is only added to the release list after confirmation.
This permission does not include a general newsletter or third-party advertising. We do not sell the list. Reading this policy does not authorize email delivery: that choice is made in the form.
Technical data is used to operate and protect the website and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure and limited to what is necessary. Privacy requests are processed to meet applicable obligations.
Services involved
Brevo: receives the form, maintains the list, records confirmation and processes email delivery and unsubscriptions. Brevo privacy policy.

These providers may process data in other countries. International infrastructure must be used in accordance with the data transfer rules of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Provider policies and terms describe their operations; this page does not replace that information.
YouTube and Steam links lead to external services with their own policies. Gameplay is a file hosted on this website; this version does not embed a YouTube player.
Cookies and browser storage
This version does not install advertising or audience analytics tools, or save your driver selection in cookies or local storage. Fonts, illustrations and gameplay are served by this website.
Brevo and Cloudflare resources may process technical data needed for the form and security. Turnstile is configured without the pre-clearance feature that issues the cf_clearance cookie. You can control cookies and external resources in your browser settings; blocking them may prevent signup.
How long data is kept
Your confirmed email remains on the list while needed for the release notification, until you withdraw consent or that purpose ends. The list will not be reused for another purpose without new permission.
Unsubscribing stops further emails, but does not necessarily delete every record: minimal suppression information may be needed to respect your unsubscribe request, demonstrate consent or meet a legal obligation. You can request deletion through the privacy contact.
Technical records, support messages, unconfirmed signups and backups follow operational needs and provider cycles. When responding to a request, we will explain which data remains and why, where applicable.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe and request confirmation of processing, access, correction and deletion, information about sharing, and other rights under the LGPD. Requests are handled free of charge, subject to legal conditions.
Use the unsubscribe link in the release notification or contact [email protected], including before receiving the notification. To protect your data, we may ask for proportionate confirmation that the address belongs to you.
You may also submit a petition to Brazil’s National Data Protection Agency (ANPD).
Security and who can sign up
The website uses HTTPS and protection against automated submissions. The list is managed in Brevo and is not part of the public website code. No service is risk-free; please contact us if you identify a problem.
Email signup is intended for adults. Children should ask a parent or guardian, who can use their own email. If a child’s data has been submitted improperly, their guardian can request removal.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the current phase. Accounts, subscriptions and the future Thoretto Flix catalog are not available. If new features change how data is used, we will update this page and request new permissions when needed.
